Paplet (pompfret) amti is staple Malvani food - easy to make but so rich & flavorful in taste. Ask anyone in our family or extended family what they want for lunch - their request will be the same..."Fish curry with soft, warm rice paired with sol kadhi (another famous, staple Konkani dish)". Here is the recipe for what we consider our "comfort food".
